Position Overview 

This position is responsible for using their talent and skills to strategize, implement, and execute reclaiming abundance projects + initiatives. In this role, you are part of the leadership team responsible for upholding the company vision + promotion, quality services, and team management.  

As a lead activator, you will work with our team and clients to drive forward momentum + optimized results. This position calls for project activation support with regards to company operations, marketing, and team management. The lead activator also provides key staffing support to the company’s service offerings. 


The ideal candidate for this position is proactive + solutions-oriented, highly organized, and displays a high level of leadership capability. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

Project Activation and Marketing (40%) 

  • Provide key momentum for company’s internal  projects 

  • Curate promotional,  service delivery, and analytical content for company’s core service offerings 

Company Service Offerings (40%) 

Strategy 

  • Collaborate with project manager to implement + execute projects

  • Oversee the adherence of company’s procedures and best practices for all service offerings 

  • Offer creative enhancements + solutions to optimize company efficiency + efficacy 

  • Conduct market research 

Service Execution

  • Oversees the successful operations and executions of the company’s coaching, home organizing, and yoga services 

  • Manage and coordinate logistics for planning, execution, and evaluation stages of service offerings 

  • Support Home to Sanctuary clients with transforming an existing space into one that is optimized for its function 

    • Provide product purchase order and inventory management support as necessary 

    • Arrange and rearrange items to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces

    • Donate items from Home to Sanctuary Release services to local charities and organizations 

    • Move and lift supplies, furniture, and boxes 

    • Consolidate and/or disposal of boxes + debris from services

  • Support Body is a Temple clients with greater body awareness, resilience skills, and an overall sense of empowerment 

    • Provide client onboarding and offboarding support as necessary 

    • Curate and manage logistics for any group-based yoga classes 

  • Support Coaching clients with balance through increased capacity for tapping into their sense of calm + confidence 

    • Provide client orientation and post-program support as necessary 

    • Curate supplemental content and resources 

Team Management

  • Manage, train, and actively seek growth opportunities for staff

  • Ensure a high quality of work and productivity among team members

  • Maintain a fun, creative, and supportive team environment 

  • Conduct performance evaluations for any direct reports  

  • Evaluate company service offerings against company performance metrics 

Client Engagement  (10%) 

  • Strategize with client to develop a plan of action 

  • Interact with clients, their families, and other reclaiming abundance team members 

    • Provide encouragement, support, and ease through the project process 

    • Maintain a positive and uplifting attitude

    • Check in with client regularly throughout the process 

  • Ensure client satisfaction and execution of project closing standards (including cleanup and client followup) 

General + Administrative (10%)

  • Adhere to Reclaiming Abundance policies and procedures

  • Curate and upkeep company systems, records, and service delivery resources 

  • Ensure accurate information and timely follow up to communications including and not limited to emails, reporting, reimbursements, donations, client testimonials and project portfolio submissions, etc. 

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality (e.g. content and discussions pertaining to management, legal, financial, medical, etc.) for both our clients and our team 

  • Collect, take, and/or record project photo + video content of client projects (pre-process, process, and post-process) to contribute to the company portfolio

  • Ensure safe handling of our client’s personal belongings as well as company supplies provided

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written

  • Fluency in a second language (preferred)

  • Must reside within Southern California

  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation

  • Access to cell phone/computer with internet for proper communications with team and clients

Physical Demands

  • Must be vaccinated for COVID-19

  • Must be able to properly lift more than 30 pounds

  • Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time

  • Able to climb ladders and step-stools

  • Able to work in environments with pets

Education + Experience

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree 

  • 2+ years of transferable experience

  • 3-5 years of management experience

Job Type

Part-Time Exempt

Work Availability

  • Flexible scheduling

  • A minimum of 14 hours/week within the time period of Monday to Saturday from 9 am - 7 pm, with the option of adding additional shifts when available

Location 

Our headquarters are located in Anaheim, CA

Project locations vary across Southern California (primarily Orange County + LA County, occasionally into Ventura County)

This could be in any format that you deem best showcases your event coordination, marketing,  and communication skills. The fictional event should be something that relates to the reclaiming abundance vision of incorporating more space + stillness into our clients’ lifestyles.
