STILLNESS

We create space by making margin to restore, reclaim, and renew.

Here’s how we practice this value:

  • We fully embrace our need to prioritize stillness and rest for our renewal and restoration. By taking time for relaxation, we recognize that we are fully human beings and not human doings. We are committed to building an internal sanctuary of calm and peace from within.

  • We attune to the needs of our body. Through mindset, movement, and healthy habits, we are better able to harness our capacity for expansion and creativity.

  • We take the time to tend to our inner child’s need for healing, playful creativity, and sense of imagination. We meet our deep subconscious with intrigue and courage.

  • We find liberation and empowerment when we are inspired to dream, play, and create as adults too.

  • We accept that stillness is an intentional practice of making space and that our parameters for defining and enacting stillness exists on a spectrum that evolves to meet our shifting circumstantial needs. (e.g. embracing that stillness can sometimes mean we are not fully involved or engaged in the works He may be doing behind the scenes).
